The GMF band has been wowing crowds in Australia and overseas with their fresh new sound. GMF have been touring, performing at schools and festivals around Australia and inspiring young people with an “ I can make a difference” message. Our school seminars aim to be highly entertaining, interactive and thought provoking. We use LIVE music from the GMF Band, Fun, multimedia, and stories with interactive activities. Because the GMF Band members are aged under 18, the unique "Peer" element encourages young people that they to can achieve in the world that they live. The seminars are suitable for R - 10.

Seminar Topics:

KEEP IT REAL
This deals with friendship and forgiveness (the importance of saying SORRY)
Using live music and interactive games, we use a skit on relationships and how they can break down.Also touches on bullying.

SAY WHAT?
Kids can find life confusing and be overwhelmed by the many choices available to them. This illustrates hearing the right advise in life, and learning to make choices that will have a positive outcome .Also includes Live band, fun and games, multimedia.

Inspiring others with your life.
You don't suddenly come of age one day and have a purpose, we are each born with one and CAN make a difference in our world now. Through stories, multimedia and live music, this will encourage kids that they too can make a difference in the world they live.

Duration of seminar is 45 - 50 mins

Group Size:
We love to have the whole school if the room size permits, group dynamics are awesome when you have a live band, remember that the band are aged 14 - 17 and are great with communicating and getting the room involved, the music is a mixture of well known covers and originals.
Note that we would require access to the room 1hr prior to seminar start, and 1/2hr at the end for set up and pack up.
